We work closely with shipping companies like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and more to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders at no additional cost to you.

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. However, please be aware that certain factors, such as adverse weather conditions or holidays, may occasionally impact our processing times. In such cases, it may take longer than usual to process and ship your order. Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order is fulfilled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we process your order after confirmation. Our team will make multiple attempts to contact you via phone calls (typically 3-5 times) to confirm your order details and delivery preferences. If, after 72 hours of placing your order, we have been unable to confirm it via phone call, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
